Modify a stock plan
We can customize any stock plan in our catalog to your specifications. Modification fees range from $1,000-2,500.
Residential New Construction Design
We provide custom design plans to fit your site needs and design style. We can also modify an existing stock plan to meet your needs. Prices start at $2.00/per square foot of total building area for the initial design plus a $750 repeat fee for any additional units.
Project Development
We can develop and manager your project from start to finish using our network. Pricing is based off of total project cost.
