Garland Harris Jr, the President of Middle Housing Design Co, is a distinguished graduate of the Prairie View A&M University School of Architecture program. With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Community Development, Garland brings over 12 years of experience in residential construction to the firm.
