If you are located in the state of Texas, we can modify one of our plans to fit your needs. Our fee structure is simple, the stock plan price plus a $1,500 modification fee. Modifications can include, adjusting the width and depth of the overall plans or certain rooms, and revising kitchen or bath layouts. Changing elevation styles are a $500 upcharge.
